Take the morning attendance
Open the roster, mark who's in, and tap “Finish attendance.” Every child not marked present is automatically alerted — text first, then a call.

Answer as the parent
Open a parent's live portal. You'll see “📞 Incoming call from the school” — tap “my child is safe.” It resolves instantly, with nothing to install.
- 3Office
Watch it resolve in the console
See the alert flip to “resolved — parent replied safe” in real time, follow the full text → call → escalate timeline, and set how long to wait at each step.
Two things worth trying
- → In the office Settings → Escalation timing, set the wait to 1 minute. Then the call fires one minute after the text.
- → Don't want to wait? Respond from the parent portal and watch the office board update within seconds.
